A convenient spot for short stays, with a great location near the bus station for easy access to Venice. The breakfast included filled croissants and fresh rolls, and the staff were particularly helpful, responding quickly to requests. However, the room was quite small and the decor felt outdated, reminiscent of the '80s. The noise from the street could be a disturbance at times, detracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Convenient location and helpful staff
I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for one night, and the location was perfect for getting to Venice with just a short tram ride. The staff were extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining options and navigating the public transport system. The room was clean and cozy, but the breakfast could have had a bit more variety to enhance the experience.

Strategic location near bus and tram stations, vibrant local markets nearby, charming old-world decor
Small room sizes!!! The air conditioning struggled to keep up!!! Noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep!!! The bathrooms felt cramped and awkward to navigate!!!

Recommend it for families
The staff were helpful, always ready to explain how to travel around, which made planning our days a breeze. Plus, breakfast was substantial, with plenty of options that kept my kids happy and energized.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for the value we got.
